In this app you would receive customized workouts by means of videos that will take you by the hand and guide you into each exercise step by step.
Monthly Progress Tracking – At the end of every month, you will be given a detailed progress report by your trainer, revealing exactly where you stand.
The purpose is not just to determine the forthcoming month’s objectives but also pinpoint past mistakes if any.
You can also track your process in the training app.
